so i really wanna lose weight for myself, but.. i figured someone else on here probably will see this and will probably wanna lose some weight too! So here i go:
EVERY WEEK: do an update (: weight, inches, muscle tone. pics if you want!! i'll post mine for you girlss!
EVERY 3 DAYS: tell us your workouts and meal intake!! INCLUDING WATER ♥♥ we know how important it is!
EVERY OTHER DAY: i will give tips (: (: and give me your tips!! I WANT THEM
